Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Hooray! I found a great and well priced Chinese restaurant in near where I now live. Agreed that it's not the absolute best Chinese food I've ever had, but it's not much worse than the best either. Excellent egg rolls, also the lemon chicken sauce was better than most other restaurants I've been to. The chicken itself was about average, they gave me lots of white rice! And a normal portion of chicken, I left full :). Very likely to be a regular lunch spot for me. Oh, and they offer their lunch specials all day! There are some 5.75 specials that go all day, my lemon chicken lunch combo was 6.55, came to just over $7. Very satisfied!

1st time trying it. Been eyeing this place for a couple years now. Finally stopped by. Ordered the teriyaki chicken lunch special. One of the best teriyaki chicken dishes I've had in a long time. The egg roll was pretty good too. I haven't tried the soup yet. All in all, I'm pretty happy with it. Definitely gonna come back.

So, I ordered take away. I took home a chef combination.... The strawberry chicken, which was okay. A good egg roll with a lot of veggies and sweet and sour sauce came with the meal. The ham fried rice was made flavorful by all the strawberry sauce. :) Not much flavor on its own. The egg drop soup was horrible, however. Absolutely no flavor at all. It was grey with veg. I did see one piece of egg. I might go back to try something else, but I will never get the soup again.

I really enjoyed their orange chicken! The beef and broccoli not so much! But all the chicken was amazing! Not to much breading and so much flavor! I will be returning and soon!!

As far as Chinese take-out goes, it was pretty awesome. Ordered Garlic Shrimp, Chicken LoMein, Chicken w/Black Bean, Potstickers. Huge portions, fresh ingredients, tasty veggies, sauces were good. Fast & friendly service. Not an "eat-in" kinda place, definitely a take-out place. I'll be back!

The orange chicken is insanely good. Crispy and the sauce is crazy good. 1 meal is enough for 3 people. Mongolian beef is good too, all the appetizers are awesome. Only downside is the drinks come in cans, I prefer fountain drinks.

The wait for takeout was really short. The quality of the food was nothing amazing and I noticed while sitting there 100% of the people who walked in wanted take out. I don't blame them because the restaurant literally looked like it went out of business 10 years ago. It was nothing pleasing to the eye and the only entertainment I got was listening to the cook in the back kitchen have a concert to himself. Other than that, the lady at the front was very polite and so was the 14 year old boy helping her.

A-B-C you won't be seeing me! Walked in and waited to be seated which took 10 minutes even though they weren't busy. Ordered some fried wontons and when the waiter brought it out to me he sneezed in his hand and handed me the plate. I gave him a weird look and he just said -"oh sorry did you want another one?" No thank you ! Also, if you order the sweet and sour chicken , it's bland and not worth your money. Just because you can drown your food in sauce , doesn't make it good.

Ham fried rice was dry, there was 4 peas and 3 pieces of corn in my soup. Walnut shrimp was really sweet and General tso chicken was not spicy. Won't come back here.

Wasn't that great, flavorless hot and sour soup, and general tso's chicken tasted like it was made with ketchup, and egg roll was doughy in the middle too, not to mention I saw someone there picking their nose and not wash those hand, kinda gross, no thanks, won't be back.

Two stars for charging .50 for every half mile, round trip. Next time I'm paying in pennies. The food was alright. Not great, not bad. There, my first and last yelp review. I need to use the b-room (restroom) now

This restaurant is only about 2 minutes away from my house, and I must say, I have fallen in love. Great food, great service, great price. I get the almond chicken and ABC fried rice every time. I am often disappointed with most fried rice because it lacks flavor, but their fried rice is delicious. A great helping of it with lots of shrimp and chicken equals a happy me. Their egg drop soup is good, and their egg rolls are always crunchy. I never spend over $10, and end up having enough food for a second meal. Highly recommended!

Small ma and pa restaurant, just like I like! Far from your chain restaurants out there. Take Panda food and times it by 10 and that's what you get at ABC for cheaper!

This is not really a restaurant; it is more of a take-out joint. They do have seating but it does not have any restaurant ambience. The ABC noodles were good but the rice and egg drop soup lacked flavor.

My husband and I were looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant one night and I turned to Yelp for help. We decided to venture here because one of my friends recommended this place (Thanks Steve W!!). As it turns out, this place was only a two minute drive from my house and although we'd driven by it many times, we never saw ABC. It's not super obvious that it exists, but once you know it's there you'll never forget it! Upon entering the restaurant was empty except for the workers, who are a family. We decided to dine in since this was our first time trying the restaurant. We were greeted quickly and once we ordered were brought our soup. Then about seven or eight minutes later we were brought our food. TONS of it! A huge pile of rice and lots of curried chicken, which is what I ordered. It was steaming hot and delicious, cooked to perfection! The chicken came with an eggroll and two cheese wontons that are to die for. The eggroll wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't bad by any means - How could it be my favorite when I have a giant plate full of curry?! There is so much food we usually split it into multiple meals. One thing of note: this restaurant doesn't have a soda fountain, but sell drinks by the can. That's A-OK with me because I don't drink soda! Since our first visit we have returned once so far for takeout. The second time I got chicken lo mein and it was also delicious! They also deliver, but only living two minutes away seems silly to order delivery. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for authentic, mouth-watering Chinese food at a great price!

I haven't tried any Chinese food that I haven't liked.. That was until I went here lol had the Mongolian chicken for lunch with some cream cheese wontons that were harder than jaw breakers. Was really disappointed and for how much I love Chinese food, I won't be eating anymore of it anytime soon. Thanks for making me hate Chinese food

There's something about the quick fix Chinese fast food that satisfies that certain craving. You know what I'm taking about. That craving where you want to eat something comforting and a little bit greasy on a rainy so-so day watching Grey's Anatomy. That something that just hits the spot and can only be found in a fast food joint. ABC Chinese Restaurant will take that certain craving and fix you all up. This is a family owned fast food joint that certainly does not disappoint when wanting fast food. Gigantic yummy portions and an incredibly affordable price is what this place is all about. Served in a ready-to-go Styrofoam package, their food is perfect to accompany you on those certain days.Your meal will come out hot and ready to take out. They are super, super friendly and will talk with you if you decide to eat in too. I highly recommend trying out this place because the food and the people have that certain something that I like in a fast food place. They certainly beat out that one over priced chain restaurant. You know what I'm talking about. Recommendation(s): The $5.75 combo meal. It comes with a bowl of soup, fried rice, one veggie eggroll w/ sauce, and a main dish of your choosing. Note(s): They even do delivery! Just give them a call and they will be on their way.

At last, my quest for a tasty, inexpensive, Chinese joint near my new office has reached a successful conclusion! After trying a handful of disappointing Chinese places in West Valley I followed Yelp to ABC Chinese. This could be a weekly lunch spot for me. The service was super-friendly and very fast. The restaurant was clean. But that is all secondary to the real reason you're reading this, right? Is the best Chinese I have ever had? No. Is it very good Chinese? Definitely! I had the General Tso's Chicken and it was hot, fresh and delicious. The fried rice was good. The best surprise was the egg roll. I have become accustomed to most fast Chinese joints using the same, mass-produced, flavor-less egg rolls. Not at ABC! The eggrolls were crispy, fresh and soooo good. Can't wait to go back!

Just when I thought my craving for decent Chinese out here on the west side would forever be relegated to the always mediocre Panda Express, ABC Chinese moved into the now defunct Quiznos. They deliver (yes!) and when our order arrived it was piping hot - it had not been waiting under a lamp or on a steam table. Oh no more will I dream about the spicy peppery twice cooked pork bathed in garlic ginger sauce of my youth. I have found the holy nirvana. Egg rolls - not soggy or greasy even after delivery reminded me of the ones my mother learned to make at Mrs. Wong's Cooking School. Seriously. Ground pork, cabbage, carrot all expertly rolled and perfectly seasoned, fried just right crunchy crispy. I could go on and on about these egg rolls. They fill a comfort food void like no other egg roll - except my mama's and she won't make them anymore (too fattening and messy). The duck sauce is pretty standard foreign to nature color but does not taste like it came out of a plastic bottle. I actually prefer soy sauce on my egg roll. Also had lo mein combo with shrimp perfectly cooked for our 3 yr old son who lapped up the noodles and the accompanying brown sauce. General Tao's was $2 off and the lady on the phone suggested it so we tried it. It was not in the expected cornstarch slurry batter but dredged in a wetter, more dense batter. The sauce was spicy and obviously home-made. Expertly fried again crispy, delicious not soggy and hot when delivered. All this food for $30 plus tax. They also have a $6 anytime combo plate that we plan on getting over and over until we have tried all 20 items. Strawberry chicken sounds especially delicious. This is a not miss. Please frequent it so it does not fail like the sandwich shop before it.

This will not change your life. However, for quick chinese cravings, this is EXCELLENT! We both ordered chicken dishes. Of course it was battered but the batter was light and very krispy. The chicken, tender, large pieces of white meat. Egg rolls were crisp on the outside and filled with identifiable ingredients. The service was very friendly and fast. Drinks come in cans for a mere eighty cents. We will definitely return. Great local find for West Valley!
